Welcome to the warm-up
Santa Cruz SBK Warm-Up Social Events are where we get ready to create bespoke nights tailored to our Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba community — music first, room for everyone on the floor.
Upcoming socials
Soonest nights first. Open Event details for hours, instructors, food, and links.
What every social stands for
The same values travel from the first warm-up to the festival itself: community, craft, and a floor that feels like Santa Cruz.
Community
Mixed levels, looked-after rooms, and space to meet people you will dance with again.
Workshops
Learning that feeds the social — salsa, bachata, and kizomba taught so the night lasts.
Music
DJs and live sets chosen with the community, including songs you ask us to play.
Performance
Showcases that light the room, then send everyone back to the floor.
Food & drinks
A reason to linger between songs — local kitchens and bars in the mix.
The festival
Each social is practice for the first Santa Cruz Salsa, Bachata & Kizomba Festival.
